thin strip white wall tires

What tire manufacture makes a modern day (radial) tire that is a thin white wall 3/8 wide the size I am looking for is 225/70/15

General XP2000V4. It's one of the three available V-rated 225/70R-15 "police pursuit tires" and is available in a narrow whitewall.
