Hope someone has an answer
Changing the header bar on my 70. Found a good used with the bonding strip attached with rivets. The bar is the same as the original with 1 difference. The 3 holes that mount the bracket for the vac relay valves aren't in the center of the bar as my original. There are 3 holes in the replacement bar toward the driver side and not in the same "triangle pattern", as my original. The holes appear the right size for the bracket bolts.
What years used rivited bars, and was there a design change in the hole placement for the bracket? Possibly a design change in the bracket? Has me baffled !
thaks Jim. Getting some info that earlier years only used one valve. Move than likely, no bracket. Hope to speak to someone without the bracket on their car. BTW, I've seen that bracket from time to time on ebay with the relays attached.
I bought one a couple of months ago, but the seller lost it before it got shipped  . He thinks it got shipped to the wrong person. Refunded my $$ without a problem, but that was the only one I have come across in two years
