Default 1966 AIR pump

There are a couple of thin carbon (I think) discs that the pump vanes slip on on each end of the rotor. Anyone know where I can get new ones?

That's a carbon seal disc - you might try Bill Hodel in Massillon, Ohio, (330) 832-0871; it's a lot simpler to just "gut" the pump (remove the vane assemblies), at which point it just becomes an idler pulley but appears to be fully functional. The most common pump failure mode is vane seizure - no vanes, no seizure.

Thanks JohnZ, I was looking for the number of the guy in Ohio. I like your logic about the function of the pump. In a way, I wish this restoration didn't have the AIR system. It would make life easier but it's kind of neat to see the different stuff under the hood - organized chaos.
