Can someone explain what, if any, interchange there is between WCFB & AFB electric choke parts? I have a WCFB that was converted to manual and I want to re-fit it with the correct electric parts. Seems like I see a lot of them like that, but I'm not finding parts readily available other than the coil/cover. What are my options? Thank you.

A WCFB with an electric choke must be some sort of aftermarket conversion; all WCFB's originally had hot-air chokes with a tube from the passenger side exhaust manifold.

Sorry, my error. Not sure what I was thinking there... You are, of course, correct.
So, I have a new air tube and the black cover that it connects to, but what I'm looking for are the parts the cover mounts to - the housing and the little piston & stuff that drives the linkage and moves the butterfly. Any interchange or source for these new, or is my only option finding a parts-carb WCFB?
