Most of the time these can be repaired.. the texture will be for the most part... lost but it will hold out the water... call up a local uphostery shop and ask for a vinyl repair guy.. they will most likely know where to find one or do it themselves..or call an upstanding car dealer and ask how does theres for them... if you were 50 miles closer I could recommend one
