Images used for avatars should be in good taste. No "babe" pic's, no controversial, suggestive or offensive images or messages are permitted.
Moderators will determine the appropriateness of any avatar, and will remove any avatar deemed in violation.
Political messages in avatars and profile fields are prohibited so as to keep politics in the Politics & Religion section, rather than spilling over to the entire site.
Images should be limited to no more than 150 pixels wide and should not be vertical images.
Moderators, regional events coordinators, and gold supporting members, are allowed to use animated gifs for their avatars. All others should use .jpg format images.
