So does it sound any different without the X-pipe ? I'm getting my car redyno this weekend some where else I'll let you know if I resolve my issue, and maybe we can help each other out.
The new headers had xpipe with the high flow cats that replaced the Corsa xpipe. Not so much concerned about the dyno numbers, more concerned about performance numbers.
What do you want for it? I assume it would replace cats and bolt up to the stock headers?
No, the Corsa x-pipe is a free standing unit that goes from the cats back to the mufflers but does not include them. I have the assembly that has the stock cats in it that connects to the stock headers and to the x-pipe. If you need this part it is included at no extra price. I will email you the price for the whole thing.
Gotcha. It's not quite what I thought. I'm eliminating my cats (off road only vehicle) and thought the X-pipe would fit in there.
Thanks!
If you remove the cats it will get loud - you may want to consider the xpipe assembly to reduce sound level (at cruise) and mainly to eliminate the annoying "resonance" - the drone that you may experience.
