Lowering your C4 is very easy to do and can be done in a weekend and $50 if you do it yourself.
Now with that said. If you still want to pay someone to do it, and you don't maind taking it to Grand Rapids, I'll do it for you for $250 and I'll buy the parts.

Here's a link to some info. There is a guy who actually wrote out all the instructions and posted it, you might want to do a 'search', as I could not find that post, its in the forum archives somewhere. I got the lowering bolts from a C4 parts catalog, Ecklers or Mid something. Cost about $20. I had my back end lowered only. I had it dropped about one inch and now it looks more even with the height on the front. I had The Vette Shop do it, they are in Roseville, and then took it for an alignment at Slims. Lowering the back is easy, and even a girl can do it, but I did not have 'any' tools, jack or lift, so I had to pay to have it done. As with any business I recommend, or one I hear of being recommended, ask lots of questions and be specific as to what you want. Good luck, hope this helps.
Yes I would lower the front and the rear. It takes 8-10 hours to lower the front, depending on how easily things come apart. I have to adhere the new wedges onto the front spring so that needs to sit over night before putting it back together.
The rear, is about 30 minutes with taking the tires off.
As for parts - many of the supporting Venders here carry a "C4 Lowering Kit" for about $40 - $50 with shipping. All it is, is a set of small wedges and long bolts with nuts for the rear.
I lowered mine a year and a half ago and I love it and would do it again. I also wrote up a step by step tech tip on doing this. The tip is posted in the C4 tech tips HERE and I also have it in a MS Word format with pictures throughout.

Those are great. Thanks for the picture, looks like I have a new project...
If you want I can give you something with measurements on it for you. I designed them in Mechanical Desktop 6. But if you can't deal with that kind of file I can make a .jpg of it for you.

A jpeg would be great. If you would send it through e-mail to LB8@woh.rr.com.
