Default The Show

Congratulations to the winners!

Gloria took 1st place in her class.
Zack took 2nd in his.

Didnt' two other MCVs take a 3rd and 4th?

Despite the rain, all our MCV cars looked awesome. I think everyone deserved a trophy for one reason or another. Hey, I almost forgot, I got a trophy . . . a band-aid 'trophy',

It was a great day, even though it rained a bit. I think this show gets better with each passing year. I remember the first one I went to, and compared to this year . . . well, there is no comparison. America's Corvette Club did a very fine job, and keeps improving with every show.
Thanks to the members and their hard work.

Enjoyed seeing everyone, and meeting up at Joe Kools. Looking forward to next years show.

I even had a great time even though I didn't get to show my car. The 'other' yelloyello represented me very well. He even had a couple of helpers pointing out what else he needed to do! I had a great time seeing most of the cars out there, some of them I have no idea what people are thinking. Oh well, its their car not mine(thankfully) I thought they did a great job with the show this year. Congrats to everyone

On behalf of Americas Corvette Club, we would like to thank all those who braved the early morning rain and tirelessly worked to have their Corvettes wiped down and cleaned up for the judges. Everyone seemed to have a great time. The cars all looked fabulous, remember it's the cars that make the show what it is. Also a special thanks to Tom Psillas who worked for months organizing the entire show.

It really was a great show. This was the first time I had attended and I plan on going again next year. It is probably the best organized and best run Corvette show I have ever attended, including Corvette Crossroads at Mackinac City. Congratulations to all.

I agree. It was a great show, Walt. You and the rest of the Americas Corvette Club Team should be proud.

Look forward to doing it again next year.....hopefully without the rain!

Kudos to ACC for running a great show! This was my third year entering the show, and its getting better every year! Glad to see ACC was able to distinguish between C5 and C6 Classes, unlike some other Corvette clubs in the area!

Also I was glad to see that my car was judged by someone who actually owns a C5, and knew what to look for on the car!

Based on my bad experiences with other Corvette Club Shows, I will be attending the ACC show exclusively in the future!

Was my first show, and also had a great time. Might even sign myself up next year, so I dont ruin P.W.'s rep!

We try to have owners of the same C- groups judge those classes. So you C-3 owners know me and how tough this old bodyman can be. But I certainly tell owners how nice their hard work has been too. I just love judging and meeting all the C-3 folks. And yes all us C-3 stock judges own C-3's. Mines a 68 BB roadster.

Wow! 30 other vettes? That sounds like a great time! If I was not going to Carlisle, I would be in for that. I'm not much for the commercialization of Mackinaw, but I must admit it is a beautiful area of MI, and being in a vette could only enhance it that much more! Hope you have a wonderful time, and take lots of pictures!

Humm... this is starting to become hi-jacking, the Mackinaw event will have about 425 Vettes. We get police escort across the bridge on Saturday Corvette Parade. It's a relaxing event, no traffic, easy parking, friendly people. Trip to the Island, car show, lazer show, shopping, band... ect.

I had one of the best times there this year. I would like to thank Corvette's America Club for putting on one of the greatest shows. It is so organized and a fun to participate in. The judges know what to look for and help us make our cars better and better each year. This is the fourth show I have attended and look forward to next year. I have met some really great people and have made lots of friends. And it is the cars that make the show. You all have such beautiful cars and are all winners in my eyes, I'm proud to park among you. Thanks... Gloria
