Grattan Race Day Blues
Rotors and pads for GRattan were overnighted to me to arrive yesterday- I wanted to run the track at Grattan today. Shipper used wrong zip code and they went to Flint!! DHL says they will deliver them Monday - not much help for Grattan.
Hope Paul, Ken, George et al had a good time -weatherman kept the clouds away.
Went down to Milan early but track was a bit dicey -spectators were free so I stayed for awhile.
Went up to Ubly and ran a 12.37/111 in the quarter. Finally got the 60' a little lower - 1.73.
Ubly is much like Lapeer -kinda like Lapeer with asphalt!! Track is fine stuff though!! Quite a nice running surface
Sure wish I could have done the bump-de-bump on Paul's blue rocket Z06 today at Grattan!! As if I could have ever caught him!!

Shoulda stuck aorund at Milan..I think atleast 10 cars blew up one way or another..what a mess...
We will have to make some tweaks next time on yours. Just need time at track to "validate" the changes.

I told you it would run 12.3xx/1.7xx with a better preped track. Great Run ! Glad you like Ubly. I think it is MUCH better than Lapeer
