comcast has been screwy here. my tv picture has been crap and my modem keeps going in and out. they were supposed to have sent a service rep out, no one showed, they did give me a promotional discount for another 12 months. i've been on a "promotional" discount for about 4 years now. they are willing to work with you as soon as you mention "going elsewhere".
Our cable modem was acting up and we finally called them. They came out and checked the signal to the house and modem and had to replace the cable from the box to our house. It's working alright now. If your channel 2 is a little bit fuzzy that could be your problem.
WOW Internet User here, but DTV for TV Service.. Used to have Comcast Cable, and their TV Service sucks ***. Their digital cable BS is nonsense, since only the higher channels are digital, and lower channels are analog! I'll stick DTV 100% Digital
a year with WOW and have never even lost service once [that I was aware of], cheaper too
