Default Backstreet Performance - Thumbs Up!

Just a shout out to Backstreet Performance In Medina who just did a tune on our 2004 C5. These guys really seem to care and pulled decent HP numbers out of our car after header install and tune.

They took the whole afternoon and a lot of dyno pulls to get it just where we wanted it considering what we were looking for. With LG Pros (w/ cats) and Blackwing we're pushing 346Hp at 369 TQ at the wheels w/ a 2004 A4 2:73.

Then they called the next day to make sure all was well and we were happy with the results.

Not the biggest shop but certainly one of the best in this area as they'll do what needs to be done to get it right. Close ties w/ Mallet, the Corvette Museum don't hurt either. They'll be down at the forum cruise-in w/ their dyno so check em out if ya get the chance.

*Yes, it's a shameless plug for someone I think deserves it but considering some of the customer relations I've had with companies over the last few months I think that when somebody sincerely cares about their work, they deserve it. I have no association w/ them aside from being a satisfied customer.

Yes, I remember the extra effort etc they took just changing my differential fluid.......they are establishing a great record of customer satisfaction.....

So are you going to take it to the Regional Cruise-in in Dayton this weekend??

Most people on here will say there is very little to be gained on an all stock car. Save the $ until you make some other mods.

You'll get maybe 5-10Hp depending on how bad your stock tune is. My dads 2002 Z got about 10 HP with adding a geto air filter mod, I think he ended up with around 363RWHP.

LOL, I know my car has spent a lot on time on their dyno.

So this shop is bringing a dyno to the cruise-in? Just making sure I heard you correctly.

I believe so; check the corvette museum website for the agenda to be sure.
