Anybody from Iowa/ Minnesota area want to caravan down with me? I am in NW Iowa.
I will be leaving friday morning sometime and drive to about an hour away friday night. Leisurely ride down and stop for sightseeing on Friday. Then drive in Saturday morning and stay just the day. Drive back out saturday night to stay in motel away from Effingham. Then leisurely drive back on Sunday.
Anybody this way is willing to come along.
Anybody recommend a point of interest for sightseeing along the way? Peoria? Quad Cities? Decatur? (I-74 to I-57, Central Il.)

Headed to Champaign on Friday night to catch the Illini getting whupped up on by Syracuse on Saturday morning. Then off to Funfest right afterward.
This way I get to see the old alma mater and play vette on the same weekend.

Got a room at the Comfort Suites down the street...

I recieved my advance registration packet yesterday, looks like they changed the parking areas, Club Parking is just north of where we parked the last two years. Its a little farther from the show, I assume thats where we will park, anyone know for sure?

Yeah, I got mine yesterday too. I noticed that the layout is totally different than its been in the past. I feel sorry for anyone that has to park in the far corner. They better pack a lunch because thats quite the hike

We plan on going again this year. I imagine we will leave early on Saturday morning. I was wondering if we needed that sign to place on on dash boards to allow us to park in the "Forum" section. If so, where can I find out how to print one out. Last year someone put a link for printing them out?????
Tried to get a room a long time ago but were put on a list. Got lucky last year and just stopped by a motel and got lucky and got a room. Hope it works for us this year!!!!
