Default mod party this weekend

Scott (BlackLT496) dropped off his car to my place last night and we will start working on it tonight.

On the list to do.
Replace the clutch and trow-out bearing, install new plugs, wires and the new EM long tubes and high flow cats.

Anyone want to help?

My garage is not hot. It's in the shade all day and it's insolated. So keep the doors closed and a fan going it's not hot at all. I'm thinking of putting my extra window AC unit in the back wall though just to make it cold.

exhaust(except pass. maifold), drive shaft,c-beam all taken out, tomorrow we finish getting that manifold out which is what is taking up all the time and drop the tranny. lots more work to go but i think we're moving at a good rate. without troy i think all i would have got done today would be remove the corsa and cats. sure is nice to have somebody there who has done it before!!: more fun tomorrow. the more people the better!

Scott still does not have his clutch so while we are wating for that he's under ther right now pulling the starter and the trans. And seeing how we have time because the clutch is still not in I had him pick up an intake gasket so I'll start replacing that while we are in there, seeing how it's leaking.
Does the LT-4's have full roller rockers?
I pulled that valve cover to give room to get that damn manifold out and nice full roller rockers.

Good news! Got the tranny out and the clutch/flywheel look like they are new, The part number isn't even worn off yet! so all we have to replace is the throw-out bearing. I'll have to go to a dealership monday to get the part becasue i thinks its a dealer item. We also found out the intake gasket is leaking in the rear so we are going to replace that while we are in there. sunday we are taking a break and will be be back at it monday night.

transmission is back in with no problems, slid in there perfect which suprised both me and troy! we also got the plug wires changed out. I might go over there sunday morning to get the headers and exhaust system put back on, and depending on how motivated i am i might get it done!! if anybody wants to come over and give me a hand let me know, i will be there alone after 12. cell is 885-0224

I'll take some more pics as well.

Monday night update: everything is ready to go except the exhaust, everything up top is bolted up and ready. I am gunna have to take the resonator pipes to an exhaust shop and have them flair the ends out so they will slip over the extensions. I beat on them for quite a while and they would not slid on very far. the extensions dont seem to fit good at all. one is on the collector as far as it wil go and the other side is barely on there. tuesday both me and troy are busy so wednesday night we will hopefully finish her up. here are some more pics.
