Depends on the damage. Output shafts can be replaced. Any case damage and you will be buying a whole new diff. I blew up an after market diff and chewed up the ring gear on a second. I spoke to Chuck Mallett and recommended using a stock Z06 diff which you can get for about $1,200 (includes shipping) from GM Parts Direct. Buying individual pieces will cost much more!
Dan at FLP in Naperville,(1-877-357-2946) He will set you up as he is a drag racer a does all the big guns in the area and he is close to you, Good luck.
