I have a Z06 clutch in my vert for the past 2 seasons and now I have a little problem. The problem has happened twice.
Shifting from 1 to 2 the clutch peddle will NOT return and I have to pull it back with my foot. I will change the fluid and see if that helps.
Anyone else have this problem?
thanks for the advice
I have never had this happen to me, however, know a few people who it has. Some have said changing the fluid helps... is it only happening when you are shifting at high Rpm's?
Suck the reservoir dry with a turkey baster and refill with new fluid. Pump the peddle a bunch of times, or take a ride. Repeat Repeat Repeat until the fluid stays clear.

Nicedrv,
I have a C6Z and the problem you describe is a common one when the clutch fluid heats up. If you go to the C6Z forum and search for "clutch fluid change" there are many posts on it. I haven't had the problem, but I change my fluid out any time it starts to get dark.
Good luck,
Tim
yup, used to happen to me all the time with the hard high rpm shifts. Then I started doing the fluid change and its helped alot. It only stuck after doing a couple hotlaps at the track.
