I am sure you guys had a great time hanging at Rolling Meadows on this perfect early AUgust night! Didn't make R. Meadows tonight as my heart was set on going to Downers Grove in the Mean Green DODGE Machine where I hung out with my bro, DINO, in the Vanishing Point Challenger, and met forum member Peter Bouzanis (in his sweet black Z51 auto C6 coupe) and ran into RandyVettes and Carol and MIKEY, and their 2 awesome German Shepards. Man, DANTE, their black GERMAN SHEPARD is a gorgeous 130lb Gentle Giant and their female shepard looks like she could be related to my male Shepard "JUDGE"!
Dino and I had a fun time cruising home together in the Vanishing Point Car and the Green and Black "Bullit" Machine at interesting speeds down RT 83 in route back to ELMHURST! Let's just say that the CHALLENGER has nothing for the CHARGER after 90 MPH or so! Will catch the crew members at the next Friday night get together!

Like you always say, this is a family forum... (Although I have to say a pack of 3 Lambos, a P-Car and a C6 Z06 made some awesome noise going down the highway this evening!)

That this is a great car show and parking together is very easy as long as you get there by 5:30 p.m. I hit this show about 6 times this year and love the fact it will run through October on fridays when the the weather is good. I still prefer the cruise nights however in Lombard and Downers Grove where you are in the middle of town and a ton more people come through and you have all the best restaurants in town at your disposal, etc., but parking together with a group of more than 2 is very difficult at Downers and Lombard!
