OK, suggested meeting places so far:

1) Little Red Bridge Park in Cicero
2) Somebody's house east of Cicero around 37 and 13
3) I can also call King's Image to see if they'll let us meet there again ... I think there may be too many cars to fit in their lot though.

Pick one or make another suggestion
I want to meet on the north-east side of Indy first (Cicero, Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel...) and then drive to the south side to Nashville / Columbus where we can have a 2nd meeting place for people from around there and Louisville or Cincinnati. Thoughts?

Webby, based on your idea to end up around Columbus, here is a thought.
Meet north like you say, drive the Brown County route from the July 28(?) run, but end in Columbus rather than Nashville. From 3-9 PM on the 15th there is a huge car show in Columbus where they close downtown, have a couple hundred cars and a hot-rod band. It's put on by the oldies radio station there 104.9. From there, people could stay or head for home, but it would give the option, and 20-30 sports cars rolling up to the show together would be quite a scene. There is an entry fee to show, but not to spectate.

Folks from the 'Ville or where ever could meet us at Marathon at I-65 exit #64 before we hit the twisties.

I do have an Idea for your meeting spot up north that would make quite an event out of the initial gathering, but can't post the option just yet to see if you all like it.

The car show in Columbus is okay most of the time, definitely would be an interesting scene to see a bunch of sports cars show up at once. I live in Columbus, so I go to this show every year.

I just got my new wheels in today and hope to have the Nitrous Express kit installed by the 15th.

Wrong! You hit on my pet peeve. It is N2O. NOS is a brand name. Back in the 80's I was selling kits and NOS was the enemy!

The Nitrous Express package should be a good system for C5IMF.

Dev you definitely can. We can figure out a meeting point, I live north of the airport. So somewhere near 31/65 would work great.

Yeah I picked up a Fast 90 with a NX kit for a price I just couldn't say no to. I may have it installed soon, but I may not get it done until after FunFest, work has me busy. There have also been a couple real good deals on Vortech kits lately so I may hold off on the install if the right deal comes up and just go for a s/c. No need for the bottle if I go with a blower.

C5inmyFuture - I live by Otter Creek GC, been out here since '80. So 31 and 65 is fine. There's a Shell (with 93 octane), a Speedway, the car dealer. It's your call since I'm asking. Name the place and the time.

The speedway would probably be easiest since it is on the same side as the entrance ramp north.

Default Don't know who to address this to

Are girlfriends/wives invited on this or is it a 'guys" only thing?

Thanks, Don V

She ran the Blue Ridge Parkway with me from Asheville to Blowing Rock this Spring. I got tired of the driving, not her. Used the NAV system to judge the turn, miss and you're in a wall or flying.

Dev we'll come up with a time when a decision is made on where everyone is starting at. Hopefully its not to far on the northside of indy since I only know my way around up to 86th street after that we may be making some uturns or using your navi!

I'll be bringing the girlfriend with me again even though she got out of the car with white knuckles and a near heart attack after the drive to freetown in july!

C5inmyFuture - Sounds good on all accounts. We'll wait until a time is set. Listening to everyone talk I better make certain my V-1 is working well and not set to full logic mode.

Neither is my C1, but these guys are gear heads first and foremost, and if you can drive it, bring it.
