what do you need done? i know a few union guys that do side work. you'll be hard pressed to find better craftsmanship than that. 10,000 hour apprenticeship.

Thank you for the replies - I found a guy to help me out. I do need more work done though later in the year as I prepare to sell my casa and move. If I do too much now my dog will just scrath it up anyways.
