Man, I wish I could make it for friday events but I have to work and so does the wife. We will be there friday night though somewhere around 7:30 or 8:00 I hope you can keep the party going till I get there

Suzie and I'll be there until around 9:00- 9:30 then we'll have to head home for that day, I'll have to get up at 3:00 AM to make one run before Sat's activities!!

I'd say we'll pull out of the hotel around 8:45 or so, it's only about 5 min. from the hotel.
I'll be posting a final itinerary tomorrow with dates, times, and prices.
See you there, don't forget to pm me your food requests for Sat evening.

AUBURN INDIANA CRUISE IN SCHEDULE:
Friday August 1, 2008:
Morning trip to the Kruse WWII victory museum, Kruse Auto museum/Pro-team Corvette (all in the same complex). We will meet at the hotel parking lot at 8:30 AM and leave at 8:45 AM Cost is: $10.00 adults, $8.00 seniors, $4.00 Veterans.
Break for lunch. 12:00 to 1:00 PM On your own, lots of places to eat, both sit down, and fast food.
Afternoon trip to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg museum/ Natmus museum. We will meet at 1:00 PM in the hotel parking lot to leave. Cost is $8.00 adults (ACD) and $7.00 adults (NATMUS).
Late afternoon travel to Spencerville for photos at the covered bridge. We will leave from the ACD Museum for the covered bridge. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR CAMERA.
Dinner (On your own, lots of places to eat, both sit down, and fast food).
Night out at the Auburn Inn. Bring your chairs with you.
Saturday August 2, 2008:
Sat. morning trip to Fort Wayne IN for the Ft. Wayne Corvette Classic Museum. We will leave the Auburn Inn Parking lot at 9:15 AM. (For those meeting us there you can find directions at: www.corvetteclassics-in.com) We will leave there at approx 12:00 PM no fees for entry.
Break for lunch (On your own, lots of places to eat, both sit down, and fast food).
Sat afternoon self guided tours of the ACD or WWII museum if you miss out on one of Friday's trips. (This is your choice and will self guided).
Sat afternoon 50/50 poker run. 50% of the proceeds will go to the corvette museum building funds drive, and 50% to the one with the best poker hand. Poker run will start with a mandatory drivers meeting in the Auburn Inn Parking lot at 3:15 PM, We will leave on the run at 3:30 PM. The entry fee (bet) will be decided by the group at the drivers meeting.
BBQ at the Best Western. Dinner will start after the poker run approx. 5:00 PM. The cost for this will be $8.00 each (no money is made here; all funds go to pay for the BBQ. Money will be collected before dinner. This is a BYOB- bring your own beverage!!
Night out at the Auburn Inn. Sit around, BS, and visit with corvette friends!! This is also a BYOB!!

On Sunday of next week, we'll all be heading home with out bellies full of good memories, and our inner selves quenched with fellowship. The Corvette seems to attract the best people !
