Windows tinted
He really took his time preparing the outside of the window to measure the tint against. Most places will clean the window, and then just use a lot of soapy water to keep the tint from sticking to the window as they trim it, but he also used baby powder. An interesting step. He also has a machine that can pre-cut the basic shape, which saves time, material AND gives a cleaner edge.
I asked him to use black vinyl to cover the "dot matrix" at the top of the rear glass. I can't see the dots from the driver's seat, and I didn't want to see them through the tint. He applied the tint, but was not happy with the pre-cut area left around the dot matix area, so he pulled it off, cut another brand new piece, and did it manually (trimmed out the dot-matrix area.) The vinyl looks fantastic.
I am 100% happy with the result, and it came with a lifetime warranty!

I had him install 35% on the side windows, and 20% on the rear. Sorry the pics aren't the greatest, but you get the idea:

BTW -- I am not associated with this except as a satified customer. All of my cars are now tinted, so there is nothing for me if you and everyone you know went to this guy based on my reccomendation. I only offer this as the dot matrix area is a biatch on these cars, and I was VERY happy to find someone that knows how to deal with it. Also, his pricing is EXCELLENT!

Have a good day.
Just might give him a call anyway.
Thanks
