Custom Clear Bra?
My son is looking for a lead to a good installer of clear bras. He is in Oswego. He just bought an Audi S5 (a sweet car!) Due to the limited availability of the car I don't think there are any pre fab kits available but I could be wrong.
Any recommendations?

I cant even find the R5 on the Audi website. I see an S5 along with the A5 but there isnt any info on the R5. I dont think there will be a kit out there for a car Audi isnt even advertising yet. If I find anything I will let you know.

It is a limited production car. Body is the same as A5 but has ground effects different suspension and wheels and a really nice growl from the V8.

I do have the kit for the 2008 S5. I have the hood/fenders/mirrors, bumper, lower doors, rocker panels, a pillars, lights, rear bumper deck, and splash wells. Just let me know what all you need and I will get you a price.

Quote the whole thing I don't know what the dealer is quoting him on. He did email me about an hour ago to say he had them "down" to $695 with a 5 year warranty and they will give him a loaner for the day. I have a call in to him, waiting for a cal back. The next hurdle will be (if we purchase from you) getting someone to install it locally.

The total kit which includes Bumper, Doors, Hood, Fenders, Mirrors, Headlights/Fog lights, Rear Bumper Deck, Rear Splash, A-Pillars, Roof, and Rockers would be $465. That is a very thorough kit and most customers do not get everything. I am sure the quote you are getting is for the Hood, Fenders, Mirrors, Bumper, Lights... which would cost you $280 plus shipping. The film has a lifetime warranty for as long as he owns the car. Your install should run you around $300 for this kit... for the entire kit it would be considerably more depending on your installer.

i agree with big fish and this guy brian can do any car since he does everything custom and believe me you get more coverage by doing that over those pre cut kits...he did my 07 vette and get nothing but praises on how good the install was and installation is the key on clear bras...give him a call you will be 100% satisfied...

Great installer - I believe between Bodyskins and Fish's recommendation you do not have to look any further - both are skilled installers

I have given it all to my son. Due to the nature of his job (he travels between 12 banks all day and seemingly everyday) he needs a wheels and the dealer loaner is a no brainer to him, he has scheduled an appointment with the Audi deler he purchased the car from in Orland Park.
