Callaway Shifter install
I just got a new Callaway shifter and looking for a recommendation of someone who can install it into a 2005 C6? I'd do it myself but I don't want to trash my painted bezel and DSV shift boot.

I can help if you haven't done this yet. I recently put in an MGW short throw, I love it.
I live south of Chicago about 45 minutes.
MGW Short Throw Install with Pics
Remove t15 storque screw holding on the shifter ball.
Remove and unplug the passanger airbag light in center console
Remove 4 screws and take off console lid
Remove 2 screws towards the front of the console
Unhook the ebrake with 2 tabs from the passanger seat
Unscrew two bolts in side of console located where ebrake boot was
Remove black side piece between console and glove box. Just 2 hooks hold it in place.
Remove the console from the top
Unghook cig lighter + heated seats...
Unhook the hazards from the top behind the heat vents.
Remove Console
Remove blanket over shifter, save it for reinstall.
Remove 4 screws holding rubber boot in place.
Remove 4 bolts holding the shifter in place.
