Hey guys, my gf is looking for someone to rent the apt she is currently in. She wants out because she can not afford to live there anymore.

The apartment is in a wonderful location. extremely close to DePaul University, Fullerton train station (Brown, Purple, and Red trains), and a ton of bars.
there are two bed rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one family room. heat and water are included.
