Thanks goes out to Rob for helping me recharge the a/c in my jetta. I cleaned a couple grounds under the battery just now and put everything back together and that a/c fan is kickin on now. Thanks again and GO CUBS!

Hey rob, sorry i never got back to you on that cleaning compound, im gonna give you a call tomorrow once i get in the garage, for some reason reading the OP it reminded me about the conversation of wanting to take off the clear film on the hood and getting the gunk off. If you havent taken it off already, ill drop you a call first thing tomorrow. Have a good one
