Does anyone know if BigFish is still doing HVAC work/have his contact information?
If not, my heater decided it doesn't want to be a heater anymore last night and I suspect it could have something to do with a humidifier install done a few months ago. . . Any suggestions in the Western burbs around Aurora?

Bigfish (Steve) certainly still does HVAC work but don't have his info. You could probably throw his name into search mode and track him down that way here and send him a pm.
I had some construction work done last summer where I got raped by a shady contractor(lesson learned). . . So it's great to work with good people. Thanks to Mr Heating and Cooling I'm now once again able to feel my fingertips while sitting in my living room.
If Steve's son is stopping by you are in great hands - he was taking care of my HVAC at my old house. My new place doesn't need anything done so Mr Heating won't hear from me for a while (I hope).

Glad to see this worked out for you. My computer crashed last sunday with a virus and a worm, still isn't fixed so I have been greatly out of touch and much harder to reach. I'm on a friend's computer right now.
I'm Back! Well, sort of. Still a few gremlins to work out. Brian, received your PM and thanks for offering to help.
Looks like whoever was responsible for the (3) virus attacks I had was also able to get my Visa card number and try to make purchases. Fortunately Visa caught the charges before approving. Someone told me Paypal was more secure for on-line shopping, might have to consider that in the future.
