Quad Cities Emissions?
I'm moving to Edridge Iowa in the Quad Cities. I have to get four cars registered and not all of them are emissions legal. One of them has a big crack in the windshield. Are there any emissions check or vehicle inspections required to get a car registered if it's currently registered in a different state?
