Well just beat the winter blues big time by doing some serious test and tune sessions in my new 450HP toy, and all I can say is I am glad I have some industrial areas around here with NOBODY around on a Sunday!
Might just have to go back there later this afternoon in the Z that has been resting patiently with its battery tender on!

Hope some of you are taking advantage of these vette driving conditions in early January.
My vehicle emissions test was due on my 2006 Z06, so what a perfect day to take the battery tender off, pass my emissions test (nice perk of having a stock engine), and was able to get better acquainted with my new B&B Bullet System I just put on the day b/f all the snow came in early December!
Also was a great day to take the new Dodge Daily Driver for a little romp.

I took the Z06 out for some spirited runs yesterday as well. With the limited traction I made sure my active handling system was still in operation!
Winter is also not so bad in a 420HP AWD Audi with a set of winter tires on it. Nearly unstoppable and much more fun with the traction control system off.

SWEET Bruce, and especially your answer for the winter blues!
My '70 hasn't needed much other than a battery the last few years so it doesn't get much attention during the winter. I keep saying that I'm going to finish the FIA headlight project that I've been collecting parts for but I still need a few little things before I actually get them in the car.
I sold my GTO last fall so I'm currently shopping for a C5Z. If anybody knows of any decent ones around, let me know. It's going to be a dual-purpose street and track car so a bolt-on mods would be great.
