the things actually leaking like hell, so im pulling the top half of and replacing the rear main. thisll just make things a whole hell of a lot easier. plus i can check my clutch and replace the throw out bearing, which i know is on its way out.
i actually thought about that, but thankfully i dont have to. ill check the bearings when i have it out. a compression test put me at 170 on 6 cylinders, 165 on one, and 175 on the other. i think the cam is ok, but ill know more once i have things further apart.
biggest problem i have is self restraint. i know that if i pull that crankshaft, ill be looking for a 400 crank... and things just go to hell after that.
