Weather forcasts?!?!
I work in Waukegan and live near Elgin. 50 mile commute on the tollway.
I have been needing to paint my garage floor and been watching the weather closely. They've been saying rain and thunder storms everyday since Wed.
It Rained on Tue., then it's been gorgeous and sunny since. But the forecasts all call for rain and lightning.
Wtf...
Any better recommendations on a good forecast. Weather channel and Skillings chicagoweathercenter.com both stink.

Whenever you read a weather forecast and there is a chance of rain, say 30 percent, That means that it will rain on 30 percent of the days with conditions similar than that day. I personally use a mix of the national weather service and WGN.

Then it should show a sun in the icon.
And say 70% chance it's gonna be sunny.
Makes more sense. All I see are clouds, rain, and lightning on the forecasts.

I am pretty much convinced that the weather is out to get me. I've taken the car out of the garage three times since may. It's not one of those vette's that gets out only during nice weather, but it's not really that fun of a car to drive when traction control has to kick in every time I hit the gas.

I kinda like this one, seems to be a little closer then most. Just plug in your zip code for your local predictions and observations

I love this one. Much more relevant than the others.
Thanks!
