Prayers needed **Update**
My son serving in Afghanistan was serious wounded in a gun fight this morning.
UPDATE
Son called the wife and was out of surgery and in recovery.

Thanks for ALL the prayers cause they have been answered. He has called and in good spirits.

Let's hope that your son received the quick medical attention he needs to pull through. Hopefully, the Red Cross can give you real time information? I am only too familiar with your anxiety.... son #1 did 3 tours of Afghanistan, 2 in Iraq and is heading over there again in December. Son #2 did 3 stints in Iraq and honorably discharged. (They were both in Iraq simultaneously at one point) THAT was a nail biter for sure!
