Funny thing is, in Missouri it has been close to passing a couple of times but LEO organizations always lobby against it and they get their way. Reps have proposed it but they know it is a loosing battle when it gets to the cap hill. Good news though, they were able to get the "no **** on your suv tv while you are driving law passed."

So, Let me understand.
Do the LEO's in Illinois enforce the front licence plate laws of all other US state and "territory" residents as defined by that location? Or do they only enforce Illinois residents?

The Illinois motorcycle helmet law allows all other state residents to go without a helmet....correct?

The right to carry arms within a vehicle is ok in many states, however if in Illinois, you violate the law, no matter where you are from..right?.

The vast majority of states have at least a 70 mph speed limit, but 65 in Illinois.

I used to live in St. Louis and now reside in Florida. I make it a point to travel I-55 through Memphis avoiding Illinois if at all possible.
Tell me why you guys tolerate all this!

Simple... the citizenry of the state has become inept in properly disposing of "incumbent," career minded, public representatives (servants) unresponsive to their will, and in times of reelection(s) when “real change” is possible, they vote in another pseudo-version of the same difference.

I must admit, Illinois has a much more progressive stand on this topic.

To bad you take your life in your hands when partaking!

I'm more concerned with the ordinance about the molestation of trash cans in Daytona Beach. You folks have some sick puppies living in that state.
