I've had mine out a few times during the winter months, no snow and dry pavement. Of course that was when I lived in Novi, I just moved to Beulah which is just outside Traverse City and word has it lots more snow here.
I don't, I put them up in the garage. Hopefully the swap in battery brands will help this year, I tend to kill the batteries off. My dad will drive his from time to time, when the roads are not too iced over or covered in snow.

We'll see...
Traditionally, on dry road days when there is not a lot of salt out, I have always taken my vettes out periodically here and there on the weekends.
However, since buying my Hemi Challenger SRT8 last winter, I will be doing less and less of that and will probably only bring the Z06 out about 2 times during the entire winter, just to keep the fluids flowing, etc., and for a great change of pace.

When the roads are clear (i.e., no ice, snow, cinders, salt), I will probably get mine out for the occasional cruise. Most of the winter though the car stays under cover in the garage.
