Advanced Induction: C5 Z06 head work
Hello,
Well since picking up our 02 Z06 this November I am putting together a few bolt on mods.The car is completely stock w/31K on the clock. I picked up a set of used LG steets in really good shape and a Vararam system. I bought both from forum members. I am also going to get a TB done by "Shaner". That was the extent I had planned for the 2012 year which I will install in the coming weeks. I now am thinking of having the LS6 heads done while I'm at it and am considering Advanced Induction. I know all about aftermarket heads and have no plans to consider them. The Advanced work will cost me about 1K with springs. I have not decided yet if i will go with their 218 cc cnc porting package or the 226 cc full cnc porting package. So, has anyone used this shop or anyone have a really good head guy in the Chicago area?
BTW hp gains are said to be around 20-40 depending on which package you have done with them. This is a non tracked non dd car.
