Anyone up? Anyone have a good coffee shop recommendations to stop at on the way in? Seems like this is still a BYOC (bring your own coffee) situation.

Well, I would say it was a mixed morning. Saw some long time cruisers, and a few new ones, but still a great mix of cars. We really should try and do a Corvette Forum CC&C one of these times. Safe driving everyone!

Just got back from a fishing trip to Canada. Still having a carb problem with my midyear, but hope to get her up and running in two weeks. Probably will attend a very few car shows this year, but plan on going to several cars and coffee this year. Retirement is great!

Another decent turn out this morning. This is definitely not an early group. I got there about 8:30am and there were maybe 8 - 10 other cars in the area, and I don't think all of them were there for CC&C. But by the time I rolled out at 10:15 the area we park in was filled in pretty well. There were actually a fair amount of Corvettes around too. Maybe next time I'll just take and post pictures of all the Corvettes, but as I have said in the past, it is the variety that I enjoy the most.

Safe Travels Everyone!

Wow, had to go to page 2 in order to find this thread again. How did that happen?

There are a lot of things going on in and around Columbus today, but the weather was nice this morning for a quick cruise. This may be my last for awhile.

I saw Rick Conti's video at the Vette's Rod's and Classic's, looked like a great turn out and beautiful weather. You guys do a great job.

As for my last for a while. It is probably true. I have a lot of events in the next few months that will keep me busy on Saturday mornings. Plus we were graced with this new little family member on August 1st:

Theodore and mother are doing great.

Safe travels everyone!

Thank you! Things have been going great thus far and big sister has been a lot of help as well.
My co-pilot and I ran out this morning to do our grocery shopping and we took "mom's car" and I told her to treat it nice as it will be her car when she starts driving. She addimately said "No it will not, I'm getting your Corvette.". Oh man, I'm in trouble.

Well believe it or not, but I have been told that my older co-pilot and I are going to Columbus Cars and Coffee tomorrow morning! She is very excited.

Grant if you are going to the one at Lindsay Acura I will see you there. The wife and I will be headed over to that one. Nice turnouts and a break from the one at Lennox . The last one was well attended even it was hot as hell. Huntington provide a nice spread of pastries and water.

Safe Travels Everyone,
Hey Grant.

Weather looks awesome tomorrow morning.

What time do you normally go down?

Why do you ask Barry? You want your rear window back? No way, that is the best upgrade I have done thus far and my co-pilot likes it too!

I actually like to go early, but this crowd doesn't start showing up until 9am. We will probably be down there between 8:30 and 9. Stick around until about 10 or 10:30 and then roll out. It should be a great morning to grab a couple of gears and maybe a coffee.

Well Grant, I told my 4 year co-pilot that there would be another co-pilot there and he wants to go now so I guess we'll see you there.

And sure, I'll say hi to my window. Might be cool enough we need back windows in place tomorrow.

9:15pm: Dad's night shift begins with the littlest one.
11:30pm: change diaper
Midnight: Feeding time
1:45am: change diaper
2:15pm: Feeding time, Dad's night shift ends
6:25am: tap tap tap.... tap tap tap..... "Daddy, it's time for Cars and Coffee".

Well, got about an hour more of sleep compared to last night. I can't wait until 9am when the Starbucks opens up. But I'll have to get some coffee going here at home first and see if that helps kick in.

If you are out on the roads this morning, wave and say hi to my co-pilot. She will love it.

Nice turn out this morning. Great to see you again Barry. It had been awhile. It was great to meet your little co-pilot too.

My co-pilot ditched me this morning for her "pa-paw". But I am ok with that. She did ride back home with me and enjoyed the breeze and cruise. Have a great weekend everyone.

Hey Columbus Cars and Coffee crew. Sorry, I won't be down there tomorrow morning. Got a few other things to take care of. So someone else will have to take and post a few photos for us all to see.

However, is anyone going to Corvettes at Carlisle? I have a lead on a part I would like to pick up but I won't be able to make it out there this year. I can make it worth your while with a little gas or food $$$.

My dad headed east this morning. I think he plans to go but you never know with him. I asked him though.
