Default Need IT Support...know anyone?

Hey all,

I am looking for IT support on an as needed basis, located in the West suburbs of Chicago. I need assistance for my business on a quarterly basis for upgrades, software fixes, hardware updates, best practices, etc. Also might be the occasional emergency if something I need dies unexpectedly.

My regular IT person died unfortunately and unexpectedly. (RIP) He had a full time position elsewhere , but did work on the side for me. That seems to work well for folks. I am not really demanding on when the work gets done (nights, weekends). Obviously remote work is OK for software related issues when possible. But I need an all around IT person....not just a desk software support person. If they don't know how to build a computer, recommend the right parts, etc., it won't work for me.

I have a current need to upgrade my hardware and make my various PC's run optimally. I run a business where confidentiality is very key, so my computers don't leave my place.

Know anyone?

I do this personally(business owner) and professionally as a consultant for another company. Shoot me a call and I can either help you out personally, or get you in contact with my company that can help you out with great service and low cost.
