I just got the Window Valet delivered today! Jeez, why would anyone pay for express or overnight mail? I think I ordered in on Friday with the "cheapest way" delivery, and I get it on the next business day! I like that!
Hey, the install seems like a cinch, but what's with the Configuration Menu. It says something like not to attempt the access the Config Menu unless key is absent - LOL - sounds like Column Lock for sure!
Really, at first glance, this thing looks complicated to use and figure out all the details. Is it, or is it just the over communication all details relating to every little thing it does. What is the main function you use it for? Do you use all the functions?
Anyway, mainly more curious than anything at this point. It will probably make all the sense in the world once I install it.

Hey Brad, Congrats on a great purchase! :cool: Honestly, the most used thing is to lower and raise the windows with the key fob. I also set mine to unlock the doors when I put it in park. Got tired of people trying to open the door when parking. Now it just unlocks nice and quick! High speed mode is pretty cool as well for after those slow and easy cruises we go on! :D One I have not used yet is the panic mode. Not sure if it would work or not, but enter configure mode and hit button 1 and the spedo stays at 40 mph! :jester Sorry sir, I did not realize I was going that fast!!!! My spedo just started sticking the other day! :blueangel: :rolleyes:

Everything seems to work pretty well. I thought for a second that evertime you wanted to unlock the doors in Park that you had to do something. But Voila! Neat little gadget! Thanks for the reco, bud. You too Truck Guy!

Glad your happy with it Brad! Did you know about the shortcut to getting in the configuration mode? Just press the reset button on the dash board 3 times and your in! :cool:
