I have done most of the planning already. The big sticking point right now is whether we have the right to raise money for St. Jude at this event. Superdawg understandably wants to make sure of this to protect each trademark and for liability etc. If anyone can get in writing that St. Jude approves of this, that would be great.
Otherwise the date is Aug 2, at 6pm. I have the flyer designed, it is just waiting on St. Judes approval and if not given, that info can be deleted from flyer. If given the ok from St Jude, Superdawg has said they will give 20 percent of each order that is presented with the flyer to St Jude the week leading up to Corvette Night.
I have also been in contact with Chevrolet and their enthusaist support group and they may be sending give aways for the event similar to last year. I have asked for a new Z06 to potentially be provided for the evening but have not gotten an answer on that.
Other than that, its basically just telling people and giving out flyers at cruise nights. We had 95 or so Corvettes last year and im sure we could do better.

I have a letter (e-mail) at home that gives me permission (from St. Jude) to use the flyer for Corvettes & Coffee, I can forward the address to you. The main concern is the use of their logo.
Unless there is something questionable (in poor taste) I highly doubt they will turn away the donation. The cash/check could be forwarded to Kevin K. and donated through his (official) St. Jude web page also.

As was explained to me, the paperwork would have to incorporate both Superdawg and St Jude. Its not so much a trademark issue as if we promote St. Jude with Superdawg without their approval and someone gets sick and sues, they could feasibly sue St. Jude as well even if they had no clue it was going on.
If more details are needed, PM me and I can forward you along to Scott at Superdawg.
