May I ask where you are buying from? I tried to buy a HD-9 lift last year and gave up when the distributor Bendkpak referred me to was unable to provide any specifics on delivery and install. I was (am) looking for a turn-key install.

I was going to buy direct from BendPak but I had no way to receive the lift nor the man power to move it into place. I checked BendPaks list of local installers for a price to receive and deliver / install. The guy who came out said that he was a distributor and asked if he could quote the project. BendPak does not discount and the prices he quoted were the same a BendPak direct. PM me and I will give you the contact info as he is not a Forum sponsor. He lives in Cary so he is close.
He is ordering the lift and accessories today and we should have them in about 10 days, install toward the end of June.
