SE Michigan - Tire Installation Recommendations
It's coming time to install a new set of shoes on the Vette and this one is the '13 Collector Edition Convertible that has Z06 DNA so it's the 285 fronts and 335 rears. Leaning toward the Michelin brand so if they sell those, all the better.
Anyone in the Detroit 'burbs recommend a shop that has the correct equipment so they don't screw up my chrome ZR1 wheels?
Thanks in Advance,
HH

Tires Unlimited has 2 shops ,one on Telegraph & one in Inkster.
Have done numerous installs & purchases at Inkster on my C5 & C3.
Never a mark on chrome rims.

I had new tires put on my '12 Grand Sport (also 285/335) last year at Discount Tire in New Hudson. Not a mark, scratch, or scuff on the chrome 5-spokes; there was a little grease from the machine, but it wiped off with the swipe of a finger.

Gratiot Wheel and Tire (Roseville). Mike and the staff are top notch, fair prices. They also fixed a bent wheel from a pothole on my DD.
