No salt sighted here in the Northern territories. I'll put "Betty" in storage tomorrow and play it by ear after that...

Was out Thanksgiving morning doing the annual trip to the "Rock", the site of the first automobile race in America in 1895. Nice show of cars, crused 75 miles round trip up LSD to northern burbs and back home. No salt to report.

You Chicago guys are way more intense than the folks here in Detroit.
I put my car away a month ago, and I think after that last "nice day" on November 18th everyone has put cars away for winter.
I'm already running the snow tires on my Focus (switched from all seasons). And I'm sure as of this weekend (when we get some snow) the salt dumping here will begin and not let up for 3 months.
Can't wait for mid-March when I can take the car back out though...

Put mine away on 11/27 but can still take her out for a spin on nice (salt free) days.
