Default Great Dealer Experience

Hi all;

It seems like these days all you hear or read about is when people have a negative experience. Seems like when you have a negative experience you tell everyone, when you have a positive one you tell a few. Well I wanted to post about a positive experience my wife and I had with Bill Stasek Chevy in Wheeling Illinois, specifically with our salesmen Bob Clegg.

My wife and I purchased a new 2017 C7 Stingray in Feb of this year. We live in Wisconsin and thus, Wheeling is not around the corner. We did not have time for Bob to go over a detailed delivery of the car, he went over the basics and said we should come back at a later date and he would go over the car in more detail. Well, based on our schedules, we could not make it back until the middle of June. I emailed Bob about coming down and he said no problem. My wife and I came down and he went over the car in detail with my wife and I for about an hour. He did not rush us or anything. In the back of my mind I expected him to blow us off, since it was 4 months ago that we purchased the car, but he did not. I should also mention during the sales process in Feb, he was not pushy, answered all of our questions and seem to care which vette would be best suited for us. As far as buying a car goes, it was one of our better experiences.

We plan on getting all of our maintenance and service work on our Corvette done at Stasek.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Bob is a great member of our team and we love it when our family grows. If you ever need anything in the future please don't hesitate to give us a shout! Congratulations on the car, I hope it brings you tons of fun the rest of the season!
