My wife cracked part of my rear drivers side fender backing out of the garage with her car. Anyone know of a good bodyshop in the Northwest suburbs (Chicago) that they recommend?

Oak Park is not that far from you and they may even pick up the car for you without a charge that customer service is outstanding.
Bump City in Oak Park, ask for Steve the Manager. They have 2 location go to the one on Lake Street.
They do OUTSTANDING work and their customer service is the best. They have picked up my cars from my home in Elmhurst that were driveable and brought them back to me when the work was done (on my wife's car).
If you call tell him Jim the Gearhead Attorney from Elmhurst highly recommended them. They are TRUE car guys also the owner has a huge collection of classic muscle cars and they TREAT your car like its theirs. Also, your claims agent probably does not even need the car b/c they are certified auto repair shop for and linked in with all of the big named insurance companies so they do the inspection and estimate themselves and act as the insurance companies agent.

A little bit of a drive but check out Royal Coach in Bartlett, they do outstanding work and John the owner is a car nut. Back when I had my 1996 Grand Sport I had a guy driving in front of me run over a big chunk of tree branch laying in the road...... it kicked up and spider webbed my front cover pretty good. They matched the paint on the cover and restriped it absolutely perfect (matched original peel and all). The judges at WOW and Vettefest couldn't tell it had been repaired/painted.
