2020 Michelin NCM Bash Update

Registered Attendees,

Following the Center for Disease Control’s recommendation that for the next 8 weeks, organizers cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 50 people or more, the National Corvette Museum has decided to reschedule the Michelin NCM Bash to May 28-30.

Q. I’m already registered for the April Bash, what do I need to do?

A. If you still plan to attend, you do not have to do anything. All registrations and fees paid will transfer over to the new date.

Q. I can’t make that date. Can I cancel?

A. Yes. Cancellations are accepted with full refund through May 7. Due to the volume of calls and inquiries we receive, it is highly recommended that you log into your account on our website and cancel or make changes online. Should you need assistance we are able to help by phone or email.

Q. I was registered for a road tour (or banquet). Am I still registered?

A. Yes, all individual activity registrations are being transferred. If there is a necessary change to a scheduled activity you were signed up for, you will be contacted individually.

Q. I have friends who did not register, or who previously cancelled. Can they register for the new dates?

A. Absolutely! Please have them visit our website and register online.

Q. Are the activities and events the same for the new dates?

A. Yes, we are working to confirm every aspect of the event. If a banquet was previously April 23, it is now May 28. April 24 activities are now May 29, while April 25 activities are moved to May 30.

Q. Will General Motors be in attendance?

A. Yes, at this time representatives from GM plan to attend the event.

Q. I had hotel reservations in Bowling Green. Will I need to change those?

A. Yes, you will need to contact the hotels directly to move your travel dates. We are well in advance of hotel deadlines so you should have no problems changing (or cancelling) your lodging.

Q. Is the Museum still open to the public?

A. Yes, at this time the Museum is still open normal hours of operation.

Q. Are any other Museum events affected?

A. Only events during the next couple of months are being interrupted. We are communication with registered / affected attendees of those events.

Not a surprise considering the virus outbreak.
