Does anybody know of a decent shop where I can get headers and a tune done?

Try Jakes on triangle drive in Utica (or Sterling Heights) Dr Phil tunes out of there.

Can't go wrong with a tune from the good doctor. Aggressive Performance in Clinton Township will also install the exhaust and Phil will tune.
