Default It is coming….

Only 10 more days until the daytime starts getting longer.
Only 108 more days until driving season.

its only the middle of December and I already have the winter cabin blues.

Time for a nice large single malt Scotch….or two.

Got really cold here yesterday and today - in the single digits. Already looking forward to those days that are much warmer and the daylight is longer. At least no measurable snow thus far.

Usually I get some vette driving weather in WI, that is to me not super snowy/salty but this winter has been very cold and snowy.

7 inches of new snow yesterday. High of 5 today? Tomorrow maybe mid 20's here in west central MN.
Time to get the plow out.

So the Wrangler has never seen salt. I bought it as a theft recovery out of TX.
It only goes as far as far as the end of my driveway when plowing snow.
We've had it on the Hot Power Tour a couple of times along with the Street Machine Nationals in St.Paul MN.
Did a frame off in 2009.
Great summer around town hot rod with the top off.

It's going to be so cold the next 48 hours the schools all shut down (I laughed at all my friends with kids). Thankfully for me Friday is WFH day so I can stay home.

I won't even think about spring until we get back into the 20's. Right now I don't even want to drive my Bronco, and instead have stuck to the Ranger (Bronco is a stick so no remote start, Ranger is a automatic so it has remote start).

Still 65*F in my cave.

Been restoring the hardtop on the 67. All new weatherstripping and a new headliner. Still gotta polish the rear plexiglass too.

Since Sunday will be sunny, dry, and in the 50s, I’ll take the ‘67 to ChiShack for coffee and a donut.
