CHANGING RUBBER!!!
After 20,000 miles need to get new rubber on the rear. OK to just change the rear tires and leave run flats on the front as they have good rubber still? What do you recommend for replacements? 30psi the pressure to go with? Car is 2000 coupe. :auto:

I've been telling everone I can about the new Goodyear F1 GS D3 wicked looking tread design and great in the rain check out the reviews at the tirerack.

When I got my new tires (GSD3's) I asked many people for opinions on leaving the fronts and just replacing the backs. Of course you can leave the fronts as is, but 99% of the people I asked said it's really best when you are getting new tires, to replace all 4, and also to get an alignment shortly after they are on. Especially here in MI, where the roads are soooooooooo NOT smooth. So what I did, is I got new all the way around, and sold my old tires. Had no problem selling them. And the sale of the tires payed for my alignment and a tank of gas! If you're looking for a pro at alignments, go to Slim's on the SE corner of 10 Mile Road and Gratiot. You can even get a print out of the before and after specs. :seeya

I'd replace all 4 at the same time. YOu can always sell the fronts ....
if your keeping the Run flats, run 30PSI cold in the Front, and 26 PSI COLD in the back....
