Little help
Ok I live in illinois, and I was driving up I57 and i noticed a huge amount of vettes on the road.
Now what is my question is these cars all had a little decal in the upper drivers side of the windsheild. does anyone have anyidea what club these guys are. They were all meeting in effingham il .
This all happined just a few weekends ago, it has been baffling my mind, cause i know i saw them all last fall also.
any help is greatly appreaceated.

That was Funfest...held at Mid America's facility in Effingham. It happened Sept 17-19 this year.
This one of the largest Vette gatherings in the country, Mid America is saying 10,692 Corvettes were there this year.
Every car at Funfest gets a rectangular white sticker which just identifies it for the show. Chances are, this is what you saw, as most people probably didn't remove the sticker until getting. home.
While many clubs do caravan together, and maybe you did see a group of them like this, there is no single club quite that big.

Yes Sir! It's one of the best events! This year was my first time down there. I will do it next year, depending on how everything goes with selling my car and getting into a C5. but thats to worry about for next season.

Perhaps it was the Corvetteforum decal that is being referenced. On that Sat. we had about 14 cars and picked up a few along the way. The Chicago Crew, we were south bound.
