www.photobucket.com was the easiest by far that Ive found, after using about 3 other type hosting sites. They give you no crap about image size or junk email about offers. Great place.
They even have a cut and paste "[IMG]www.photobucket.com\yourimagehere.jpg[/IMG]" label all made up for you to copy and paste from every image you upload. Has made me entirely lazy using this feature. Its why I add images to almost every post I do.

For the sake of all the members that are still on dial-up, there's an EDIT and then a Resize Picture for each of your photos on PhotoBucket. There's 3 choices of how big you want your picture to be (75%, 50%, 25%) before you click on the "resize" button.
