What do I need to do to get permission to post photos/attachments? I don't have that authorization. Thanks for any help with this.

You have to register.

Look in the red menu bar above.

I've been registered for six months or so. I just don't have the 'Brouse' option at the bottom when I pose a thread.

you can post pictures, but can not post attachments. just have to link the photos to a website.

You can't attach photos but you can host them elsewhere and link to them.
